Nathan Kensinger debuted his exclusive new Rossville’s Historic Waterfront walking tour on Saturday to six lucky participants. The tour viewed the remnants of Winant’s Brook, one of the least-known creeks in Staten Island, and visited the old village center of Blazing Star, where historic cemeteries and Victorian-era houses tell the story of the Dutch and French immigrants who lived here 400 years ago.
