After being rained out on Saturday, Sunday’s 43 participants enjoyed gorgeous 77 degree sunny weather and removed 500 pounds of trash from Conference House Park’s shoreline.
We’re grateful to all of our community volunteers with a special shout out to groups from Tottenville High School, PS 55, University Academy Charter High School as well as SCAPE.
We were delighted to partner with SCAPE for the Living Breakwaters shorewalk which occurred after the cleanup at the other end of the Conference House shoreline.
